Student Volunteering Week runs from 19 – 25 February

Student Volunteering Week (SVW) is an opportunity for students to get involved with good causes across the country.

For SVW, colleges and universities will be organizing events and activities to inspire people to volunteer and celebrate the work of those who volunteer already. These include taster sessions at volunteering projects, one-off volunteering events and stalls where students can find out about the opportunities available in their local community.

If you're interested in getting involved, take a look at the Student Volunteering Week guide, contact your university, college, student union or volunteering society, sign up to become a volunteer mentor, or follow @StudentVolWeek on Twitter for updates throughout the week.
